Because of compact design of CO-NELE mixer, possessing smaller space, and the parts can be all installed on the mixer trough, the equipment can be installed and updated easier.

The mixing shaft: the mixing shaft made from smoothing alloy steel..They have the best torsion-bent intension.

Bigger doors: both sides of the mixer top cover have bigger doors to inspect and mend in order that it will easy to maintain the mixer. And there also is a inspect door.

Limit switch for machine: to avoid operating damage, it is equipped with safe limit switch on the mixer cover so that the mixer will be cut down when the mixer cover is open.

Gimbals coupling: it will ensure the two mixing shafts running at the same time.

Hydraulic discharge: it can avoid some disadvantages with pneumatic discharging device like not opening the discharging door because of low air pressure. When the discharging door in the half opened, we can set the opening door device at a random angle. And if it is in emergency, we can open the discharging door by pressing the manual-discharging knob.

The discharging door: it adopts arc shape design because that design has the advantages of sealed well and long used life.

Drive device: derived by two-planetary gear boxes. And this kind of design has advantages of compact configuration, stabilized driving, low noise and long used life.

The minimum wearing area: the professional designed mixer makes the wearing area only taking place in the bottom of mixer trough. And there are merely 3-4 liners in the bottom will be worn out. These liners are in the same type and can be changed easier.

Automatic grease lubricate: distributor will distribute grease come from grease pump to all lubricated points. High grease pressure, bigger viscidity and smaller grease consumption these can decrease the grease stain to concrete.

Lubrication pump: the main lubricated point will be supported directly by lubrication pump with several pump units. Bigger grease-supplied pressure, its easier to maintenance and lower malfunction.

Electric appliance box: be equipped with electric appliance box easier to assemble and maintain circuit.
