Detailed Product Description

This batching machine PLD-3 is consisted of three components, electronic belt conveyor scale, metering device and frame, etc. It can store and meter five different materials. After getting opening signal from control system, the air cylinder open the discharging gate of the component to let out the material in turn onto the belt conveyor scale, and shut the gate till the material reach the required weight. After that, the material is delivered by the belt conveyer to the skip hopper. There are two discharging gates on the batching hopper. Open them both at first, and shut off one when the weight of material is approaching to the required value to improve the accuracy of metering.
